MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE
To manage and deliver end-to-end solutions for Oracle Human Resources Management System (HRMS), Fusion HCM, and other HR Systems by leading implementation, integration, and support projects. The role involves collaborating closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, design, and implement solutions using Oracle eBusiness Suite HRMS and Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Provide techno-functional leadership in areas such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Self-Service, Performance Management, Learning Management, and Talent Management.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications; configure HRMS modules in Oracle EBS and other HR Business Applications as per business needs.
- Guide on HR policies and practices, ensuring they align with system capabilities.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure system integrations and customizations are successfully designed and executed. Perform system testing, troubleshoot issues, and optimize solutions for efficiency.
- Act as a key contact for the technical team, providing support and guidance in system design, data migration, and reporting.
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment on objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Conduct workshops, meetings, and training sessions with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and issues regularly to internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead problem-solving efforts related to complex HRMS issues and provide timely solutions. Manage critical incidents and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve root causes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the HRMS and Fusion HCM ecosystem. Support post-implementation activities such as user training, documentation, and system optimization.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects aligned with business objectives. Mentor and guide junior consultants and team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (3+ years)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- 10-12 years of Oracle EBS HR Techno-Functional experience with multiple implementations and support functions. Minimum of 2 years experience in airline operations is desirable.
- Strong understanding of Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher), OAF, ADF, Workflow Builder. Knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM integration patterns, middleware tools, and APIs. Experience with Oracle EBS R12 HRMS architecture, customizations, and extensions. APEX knowledge is a plus.
- Oracle Cloud HCM certifications or relevant Oracle certifications, Scrum certifications preferred.

ISR Requirements
Reads and complies with the company's ISR policies, diligently reports any weaknesses or incidents to the Line Manager or Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in daily operations.
