Role Purpose

The sales analyst will be responsible to coordinate day-to-day activities of snacking function within the sales department.

Role Description

Sales Operations

  • Collect up-to-date information on order status from sales team
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Coordinate with the warehouse or logistics team to ensure orders are delivered and invoiced and inform the sales representative accordingly
  • Track business/operations issues and coordinate with the team on the same
  • Prepare daily reports on availability of ready stocks for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of monthly and annual sales figures
  • Accuracy of sales records

Customer Relationship Management

  • Ensure timely resolution of customer queries or complaints
  • Ensure the accuracy and timely processing of customer orders

Special Projects

  • Undertake special projects as requested
  • Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate departmental statements and reports
  • Accuracy and quality of reports

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration

Experience

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in sales in FMCG

Functional Knowledge

  • Good understanding of ERP system
  • Basic knowledge of supply chain & logistics
  • Good understanding of file and record keeping
