Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Contact potential customers from provided leads to promote and sell credit card products.
  2. Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to customers.
  3. Address customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or information.
  4. Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales in the CRM system.
  5. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  6. Follow up with potential leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  7. Adhere to company policies and compliance guidelines at all times.

Requirements:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  2. 1-2 years of experience in telesales, preferably in the financial services sector.
  3. Strong communication and persuasive skills.
  4. Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
  5. Target-driven mindset with excellent organizational skills.
  6. Basic knowledge of credit card products and services is an advantage.
