Job Requirements:
  • An above average ability to convert and close sales opportunities
  • Experience in B2C sales only
  • Experience in the investment property industry
  • Familiar with negative / positive gearing strategies
  • Ability to meet KPI's through solution-based selling
  • Knowledge of debt reduction strategies
  • Excellent verbal communication, presentation, negotiation, and mediating skills
  • A proven and quantifiable track record of success in previous sales, customer service, or account management roles
