Job description

  • Supervise different restaurant operations such as participating in the opening and closing procedure, checking maintenance, and managing shifts.
  • Manage and supervise the work of a team to ensure that exceptional customer service is being properly implemented and that the team is achieving defined objectives and standards.
  • Plan, organize, and supervise the production of the gelato preparation and presentation process to maintain high quality standards and brand specification.
  • Execute Venchi's visual merchandising standards for consistent and appealing shop decorations.
  • Implement and monitor hygienic policies and procedures, ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Continuously seek and identify opportunities to improve store performance and profitability within the market.
  • Plan, identify, communicate, and delegate responsibilities to team members for the smooth flow of operations.
  • Contribute to the preparation and implementation of sales promotions and marketing initiatives.
  • Assist the store manager in achieving the store's sales and profitability targets through proactive collaboration.
  • Train and motivate the team to ensure that the retail department has the required skills and maximize their potential contribution to the company.
