We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Principal Consultant with expertise in leading consulting engagements with clients in the Middle East. As a Principal Consultant in Cloud Advisory, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing Cloud Advisory projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction. Your role will involve providing recommendations and actions to drive the development of the Cloud Advisory market offering, aligning it with industry best practices.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Manage and oversee Cloud Advisory projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to discuss project progress, address concerns, and provide expert advice on cloud security matters.
• Staff and manage the internal team, ensuring the right resources are allocated to projects and tasks are assigned effectively.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to define project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members, recognizing achievements and addressing areas for improvement.
• Provide recommendations and actions to drive the development of the Cloud Advisory market offering, aligning it with Cloud Advisory best practices.
• Develop perspectives and insights related to effective Cloud Transformation, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.
• Conduct research to support thought leadership in the space.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop market offerings and go-to-market strategies.
• Provide consulting expertise to clients, helping them define their cloud strategy and roadmaps.
• Design and develop cloud solutions that meet clients' technical and business requirements.
• Conduct in-depth cloud assessments to evaluate existing infrastructure, applications, and data for potential migration and optimization opportunities.
• Recommend the most suitable cloud service providers and platforms based on the client's needs and industry standards.
• Analyse cost structures and recommend strategies for optimizing cloud expenditure.
• Advise on cloud security best practices, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Develop comprehensive migration plans for moving on-premises workloads to the cloud.
• Collaborate with clients' teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to operate and maintain cloud solutions effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and trends to provide clients with innovative solutions.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified : Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Solution Architect Professional, Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), and familiarity with CSA CCMv4, NIST CSF, and NIST 800-53.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Cloud Advisory, with a proven track record of leading consulting engagements with enterprise clients in the Middle East.
• Strong consulting and client-facing skills with proven ability to engage with enterprise clients and effectively communicate complex cloud concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English and Arabic.
• Availability for travel within the Middle East to meet with clients.
