We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Sales to lead our forwarding sales team in Dubai. In this pivotal role, you will drive business growth, develop key client relationships, and shape sales strategies to expand our market presence in the competitive UAE forwarding industry. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market share in the forwarding sector. • Utilize your own client portfolio to contribute to revenue growth and help achieve personal and team sales targets. • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and achieve departmental goals. • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. • Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and a unified customer experience. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales approaches accordingly. • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budgets for senior management review. • Manage key accounts and negotiate major contracts to maximize revenue and profitability.

• Proven experience in sales leadership within the forwarding or logistics industry, preferably in the UAE or Middle Eastern markets. • Strong understanding of the forwarding industry, market dynamics, and customer requirements. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams. • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and opportunity identification. • Results-driven with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
