A leading company in the oil and gas sector is seeking a Field Service Manager to oversee downhole service activities. The role involves optimizing procedures, managing field service personnel, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in drilling and workover operations, with a focus on tubular running services. This position offers an opportunity to lead a dynamic team and contribute to the development of innovative service solutions.
JOB PURPOSE
Develop and manage the service activity offered for oil and gas downhole applications. Be the subject matter expert within FPI worldwide, ensuring the level of services provided aligns with industry best practices.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Technical Subject Matter Expert for Field Service Downhole
Ensure that the Field Service procedures for installing FPI downhole products are optimized for the customer field environment.
Liaise with PID downhole product experts to update procedures as needed.
Manage the reporting of downhole field service jobs. Ensure all activities are documented by site Supervisors, Site QC, and Site HSE personnel to meet company and audit requirements.
Support field service teams on technical matters related to the inspection of downhole products.
Support QA/QC team for customer claims and investigations related to field service activities.
Validate and publish lessons learned and best practices in field service activity periodically.
Confirm compatibility of running tools and accessories with fiberglass pipes.
Manage the competency of the downhole Field Service personnel.
Coordinate downhole Field Service activities.
Develop service activities.

Required Qualifications
Preferably Mechanical or Petroleum Engineer.
