A leading company in the UAE is seeking an E-Commerce Manager to drive their online business strategy. The role involves managing e-commerce accounts, optimizing sales performance, and coordinating with various teams to enhance the brand's digital presence. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in e-commerce and strong negotiation skills, ensuring the company meets its sales targets and maintains competitive positioning in the market.
Job Purpose:
The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for planning and executing the company’s e-commerce strategy, across markets, managing both internal and external online business operations. This role involves handling e-commerce accounts, driving sales growth, forecasting demand, finalizing contracts and business development agreements (BDA), and coordinating with key stakeholders, including marketing, sales, logistics, and customer service. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless online operations, optimize sales performance, and contribute to the brand’s overall digital growth. As this is a strategic role that directly impacts our brand image and online presence, it will sit within the Marketing Department, with a dotted-line reporting to the Sales team.
