What You'll Be Doing

1. Launching and scaling Revolut UAE
2. Ensuring compliance and customer-centric strategies
3. Building and optimizing scalable processes for hyper-growth
4. Leading infrastructure projects end-to-end
5. Prioritizing projects and setting timelines
6. Developing new features for seamless customer experience
7. Managing vendor relationships and performance tracking
8. Developing supply chain partnerships and negotiating terms

What You'll Need

1. A minimum 2:1 degree from a top university
2. Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
3. Over 3 years of experience in fast-paced environments, preferably in financial services, consulting, tech, or startups
4. Passion for working with data
5. Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and/or R
6. Proven ability to lead complex projects end-to-end
7. Strong problem-solving skills
8. Curiosity and a desire to make an impact
9. Interest in the financial industry

Nice to Have

1. Experience in the UAE market
2. Experience launching and scaling new products or companies
3. Experience working with financial regulators
4. Expertise in payments industry
