A leading luxury brand is seeking a Marketing Director to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies in the MEAIT region. The role involves overseeing integrated campaigns, managing budgets, and fostering client relationships. Ideal candidates will have extensive leadership experience and a proven track record in marketing excellence. Fluency in English is required, with Arabic and French as a plus.
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communication strategy aligned with Piaget's global brand guidelines and the specific needs of the MEAIT market.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
Collaborate with the product and merchandising teams to develop marketing plans for new and existing product categories.
Go-to-Marketing and Integrated Marketing Campaigns :
Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of integrated marketing campaigns across all channels, including digital, print, events, and retail.
Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets and influencers in the MEAIT region to enhance brand visibility and reputation (Public Relations & Media Relations).
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective trade marketing programs that drive sales and market share.
Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, including social media, search engine optimization (SEO), and online advertising.
Oversee the planning and execution of high-profile events to engage clients and promote the Piaget brand (Event Management).
Direct and oversee all MCC functions (Client, Marketing, Creative Content, Media, Social, PR, Events, External relations, Market and brand intelligence) towards a common vision and in daily operations.
Define and manage the A&P budget and performance metrics to dynamically optimize resources and make informed decisions.
Clients Knowledge and Engagement :
Develop client knowledge capabilities and understanding across the organization.
Define client engagement strategy and related action plans (one to one, one to few, one to many) in the MEAIT region (Client Relationship Management).
Ensure effective use of CRM systems to manage client data and personalize marketing communications (CRM & Data Management).
Elevate client experience by offering personalized and meaningful messages at scale, providing differentiated client treatment, and high levels of engagement for all Maison’s audiences.
Market Insights :
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the MEAIT region.
Assess and report on competitive and cultural trends.
Track trends, analyze market research & studies, make recommendations, and develop comprehensive strategic briefs based on data.
Understand consumer mindset and competition to maintain a competitive advantage.
Produce regular reports for management decisions, providing specific recommendations and updates on competitor benchmarking.
Track and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports to the Regional Managing Director and global marketing team (Reporting & Analysis).
Team management :
Build high-performing teams and organizations, fostering an inclusive work environment, developing talent and new competencies.
Foster a culture of excellence and shared purpose, encouraging cross-functional and cross-departmental engagement and collaboration.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals.
Be an internal and external ambassador of the Maison and its values.
PROFILE
At least 15 years of leadership experience in markets or HQ, with a solid understanding of the MCC function and a track record of marketing campaigns that generate sales and client development.
High standards of excellence and a strong capability to deliver results.
You possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit and like to empower your team through outstanding management skills.
