Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Mason to join our construction team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have experience in performing masonry work, including bricklaying, stone setting, plastering, and other construction tasks. As a Mason, you will play a key role in building and repairing structures with high attention to detail and craftsmanship. Key

Responsibilities

Lay bricks, concrete blocks, stones, and other materials for constructing or repairing walls, foundations, columns, and floors. Assist in general civil works, including excavation, laying of concrete foundations, formwork, and setting up structures. Install and repair concrete, tiles, stonework, plastering, and related materials. Mix and prepare materials such as mortar, concrete, and plaster to ensure the best results. Ensure all structures are level, plumb, and properly aligned. Assist with formwork, concrete pouring, and reinforcement installation. Follow blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings to execute work according to project plans. Work with other trades and technicians to ensure smooth operation of projects. Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards at all times. Perform other related tasks as required by the project.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Mason in construction or masonry projects. Knowledge of different masonry techniques, including bricklaying, plastering, and stone setting. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications. Familiarity with construction tools and equipment.

Good physical condition and ability to perform manual labor. Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.

Ability to work as part of a team or independently with minimal supervision.

High school diploma or equivalent;

formal training in masonry or civil works is a plus
