Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Revenue Manager with expertise in short-term rentals and a strong marketing focus. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing pricing strategies, managing demand forecasting, and collaborating with the marketing team to drive performance across our portfolio of properties. The role requires a keen understanding of market dynamics, seasonality, and digital marketing performance to optimize revenue across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement dynamic pricing models for short-term rental properties based on market trends, booking pace, and competitive benchmarks.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators such as ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, and booking windows.
Forecast demand and identify revenue opportunities across different channels (Airbnb, Booking.com,etc.).
Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with occupancy goals and revenue targets.
Conduct in-depth market research to stay ahead of demand shifts, competitor activity, and seasonal fluctuations.
Manage rate and inventory distribution across all connected platforms.
Leverage channel manager and PMS tools to optimize visibility, pricing, and conversion.
Track marketing performance (e.g., ROI, click-through rates) to inform pricing and distribution strategies.
Produce weekly and monthly performance reports for internal stakeholders.
Advise on promotional strategies, minimum stays, and cancellation policies to drive revenue.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Revenue Management, Business, Hospitality Revenue Management, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in revenue management, ideally in the short-term rental or hospitality industry.
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with revenue management systems and OTAs.
Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and channel/PMS software
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously.

Competitive base salary of AED 12,000 per month
