A leading company in the food-tech industry is seeking an Assistant Manager for their marketing team. This role focuses on performance marketing, CRM, and loyalty strategies, requiring strong digital marketing expertise and the ability to drive business objectives through data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, with a strong creative lens and excellent communication skills.
Role Purpose:
We are looking for a hands-on, results-driven Assistant Manager to join the Hardee’s marketing team. The ideal candidate will have strong digital marketing experience and will be expected to drive the brand’s strategy on Performance marketing, CRM, CDP journey & loyalty. The person will closely work with the digital agency to drive digital media campaigns & central teams for CRM, loyalty & CDP and ensure the brand objectives and past learnings flow in smoothly to the execution of CRM campaigns, CDP journeys and loyalty programs. The person should also have a high bar on creative excellence and should be adept at driving best in class creatives, preferably with a background in QSR, food-tech or ecommerce organizations.
