Job description

Role Purpose:

We are looking for a hands-on, results-driven Assistant Manager to join the Hardee’s marketing team. The ideal candidate will have strong digital marketing experience and will be expected to drive the brand’s strategy on Performance marketing, CRM, CDP journey & loyalty. The person will closely work with the digital agency to drive digital media campaigns & central teams for CRM, loyalty & CDP and ensure the brand objectives and past learnings flow in smoothly to the execution of CRM campaigns, CDP journeys and loyalty programs. The person should also have a high bar on creative excellence and should be adept at driving best in class creatives, preferably with a background in QSR, food-tech or ecommerce organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Marketing: Work closely with the media agency to develop a full funnel performance strategy across the paid media channels.
  • Own creatives for CRM, CDP & Loyalty: Own the CRM/CDP calendar and work with our creative partners to build a creative bank that helps optimize CDP journeys, CRM performance etc and ensure timely refresh of these assets across touchpoints.
  • Drive business objectives through CDP: Work with central teams and ensure key business objectives get driven through CDP journeys, build out segmentation and personalization strategy along with the CDP team and track performance and learnings.
  • Close loop on learnings & feedback: Be the bridge between the Media agency, CDP/CRM teams and brand marketing to capture learnings on CDP journey performance, CRM campaign performance and loyalty to build a playbook for the future.
  • Strong lens of data: Should be able to independently look at data and arrive at decisions for scale-up/shut-down of experiments and drive business value.

Qualification & Experience:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field. MBA Preferred.

Experience:

  • 7+ years of e-commerce marketing & Performance Marketing.
  • Experience in food-tech or related industries.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Understanding of Digital/ Performance marketing
  • Deep understanding of CRM & CDP
  • Strong brand-side exposure and should have a strong creative lens
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel, strong at collaboration
  • Highly organized with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Understanding of ecommerce concepts (CPA, CLTV, Cohorts, CRM, Tracking, BI dashboards)
  • Strong understanding of data analytics and customer segmentation
  • Strong background in customer re-engagement, and retention strategies
  • Excellent written, communication and organizational skills
  • Strong self-starter
  • Fluent in English
  • Arabic will be a plus
