Executive Director - Project Management

We are hiring an accomplished and visionary Executive Director Project Management to spearhead the execution of luxury villa and high-end residential property developments in the UAE. The ideal talent will be a strategic leader with a proven track record in overseeing multimillion-dollar luxury projects, ensuring seamless execution and maintaining the highest standards of quality, innovation, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the strategic planning and execution of multiple high-profile luxury villa and residential projects, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and objectives.
2. Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle management from conceptualization and design to execution and handover, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
3. Establish and enforce best-in-class project management frameworks, optimizing operational efficiency and risk mitigation.
4. Engage with top-tier architects, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities, ensuring full compliance with UAE construction laws and luxury property standards.
5. Drive cost-effective value engineering strategies without compromising on the exclusivity and prestige of luxury developments.
6. Direct project financials including budget approvals, cost control strategies, and return on investment (ROI) analysis.
7. Cultivate a high-performance culture by mentoring and empowering senior project managers and engineering teams to enhance operational excellence.
8. Oversee compliance with health, safety, sustainability, and environmental regulations, ensuring adherence to global best practices.
9. Represent the company at executive meetings, investor discussions, and strategic forums, driving stakeholder confidence and business growth.
10. Spearhead technological advancements and innovation, integrating cutting-edge methodologies to elevate project efficiency and sustainability.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
2. Minimum of 7 years of executive-level experience in managing high-end residential and luxury real estate developments in the UAE.
3. Demonstrated expertise in delivering landmark luxury projects with a focus on exclusivity, innovation, and precision.
4. In-depth knowledge of UAE regulatory frameworks, construction methodologies, and luxury property standards.
5. Strong business acumen with proven experience in financial planning, contract negotiations, and stakeholder engagement.
6. Proficiency in industry-leading project management tools including Primavera P6, AutoCAD, MS Project, or equivalent.
7. Ability to lead, influence, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
8. Valid UAE driving license preferred.
