• Prepare Contract Baseline, Construction, and Tender Programmes
• Plan and allocate project resources effectively
• Monitor progress and generate KPIs for performance tracking
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors’ schedules
• Analyze delays, identify critical paths, and recommend corrective actions
• Support in preparing Extension of Time (EoT) claims and related documentation

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10–15 years of UAE experience in planning
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification
