Senior Sales CFD and Forex (Dubai, UAE)

Our client is a market-leading provider in CFD trading, offering contracts for differences in hundreds of global financial markets. They are seeking an experienced and self-driven Senior Salesperson for a financial brokerage offering FX and CFDs.

Responsibilities:
  1. Focus on business development of retail and professional clients
  2. Coverage of MENA clients
  3. Maximize existing revenue streams and build on existing relationships
  4. Meet assigned annual sales quotas, both individual and team management
  5. Lead generation and conversion
  6. Client acquisitions and retention
  7. Generate an effective client onboarding strategy with management
  8. Work closely with the marketing team to assist with campaigns and events
  9. Build out scope for expanding the sales team and act as the hiring manager
  10. Keep a record of territorial market trends and requirements, sharing insights with the product teams
Qualifications
  1. University degree in finance or other relevant fields
  2. 5+ years of experience in Sales
  3. Excellent product knowledge and market experience in Forex, index and commodity futures, and cash equities
  4. Ideally, you will have a transportable client base
  5. Sales background and network for building a retail offering and onboarding clients
  6. Fluent in English and Arabic
  7. Currently in a position as Head of Sales or looking to take the next step up
  8. Good IT skills & knowledge of MetaTrader 4 and 5 and PrimeXM aggregator
  9. Leadership skills to motivate a team and set the right example and culture
  10. Good understanding of FCA and FSA regulations
  11. Strong communication, teamwork, customer focus, proactivity, ownership, resilience, adaptability, problem-solving, self-management, quality and process focus, and ability to work under pressure
