Job description

Position: Accounts & Commercial Coordinator

Location: Dubai

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: 7000 AED

The role will include the following responsibilities:

Commercial Part:
  • Execute, coordinate, monitor, and manage L/C related works.
  • Prepare Import/Export documents independently.
  • Prepare Purchase Order, Pro-forma Invoice, and Commercial Invoice, and arrange all supporting papers/documents to enclose with L/C.
  • Submit relevant documents/papers to make amendments in L/C if required.
  • Maintain all files related to the Commercial Function.
Accounts Part:
  • Independently manage and maintain the entire Accounts of the organization.
  • Handle Cash Management and Disbursement.
  • Prepare and file all vouchers, receipts, and payment statements.
  • Maintain Journal vouchers, Cash Book, General Ledger, Bank Book, Bill Register, and Party Registers related to Finance & Accounts.
