Job description

Our client, a well-established Corporate Services Provider in the UAE, is seeking a Senior Corporate Services Officer with in-depth experience in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) jurisdiction.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and has a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, business registration processes, and compliance obligations within ADGM and DIFC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of ADGM business registrations including incorporations, renewals, amendments, and structuring advisory.
  • Support clients with SPVs and foundations in ADGM and DIFC, ensuring high accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain and monitor compliance calendars, deadlines, and renewal schedules.
  • Liaise with legal, finance, and compliance teams to ensure seamless corporate governance support.
  • Conduct feasibility research and provide structured advisory for new or restructuring entities.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with ADGM departments and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate client records in internal systems including CRM and cloud databases.
  • Deliver high-quality onboarding experiences for new clients within agreed timelines.
  • Track and communicate changes in UAE laws and regulations relevant to ADGM operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven UAE experience in a corporate services firm, with at least 3 years in ADGM-focused work.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in a client-facing, account management role delivering tailored solutions.
  • Strong grasp of ADGM registration processes and online portal functionalities.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills.
  • Previous experience mentoring or leading a small team is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and standard IT tools.
