ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Secretary to oversee and maintain our corporate governance processes across more than eight jurisdictions. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our governance framework is properly designed, implemented, and maintained, while supporting the expansion of our legal entity structure into new markets.

TASKS TO SOLVE:

• Ensure the company's corporate governance framework is effectively designed, implemented, and consistently maintained.
• Draft and prepare Board of Directors and Shareholders' resolutions.
• Manage governance activities for existing legal entities (currently 8, with 2 more planned for FY 2025).
• Maintain comprehensive housekeeping of all corporate documents and records.
• Support the registration and incorporation of new DCRCs in targeted jurisdictions.

APPLY FOR THIS VACANCY IF:

• Strong knowledge of Company Law and corporate governance practices, particularly in Common Law jurisdictions (preferably Singapore and UAE).
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Company Secretary or in a similar corporate governance and compliance role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and diligent in managing responsibilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage sensitive information with discretion.
