Missions:
- Review information packs as part of the screening process of new opportunities;
- Lead due diligence process of transactions presented to IC, including preparation of financial model and credit memo;
- Monitor portfolio companies, by analysing monthly reports, regularly engaging with management teams, and preparation of updates for internal discussion purposes;
- Actively assist with the capital raising process, including preparation of presentational materials, market research, and answering of investor diligence questions;
- Prepare financial valuations for portfolio companies;
- Prepare quarterly LP reportings;
- Lead on internal reporting and communication processes and protocols.
Profile:
- This position is based in Abu Dhabi,
- 2+ years experience in corporate finance, transaction services, private equity / debt, investment banking,
- Critical thinker and self-starter, with strong knowledge of financial analysis, accounting and modelling, and IT office tools (Excel etc),
- Strong team player, ability to communicate and collaborate with international colleagues,
- Flexible, proactive and with strong attention to detail and communication skills.
