A leading company in the automotive sector is seeking an HR Business Partner to support HR activities across the International Sales Hub in Dubai. The role involves strategic HR planning, coaching managers, and managing local HR operations, requiring strong interpersonal and communication skills in a multicultural environment.
In this role, you will support and drive the HR activities in UD Trucks
International Sales Hub Americas/ MEENA and local HR activities in Dubai. As HRBP,
your mission is to advise and support the respective management team and
individual managers, on all HR related issues and contribute in meeting the
business goals. This involves translating business strategy into aligned HR
plans and actions. You will also be an active member of the Hub Management
team.
Responsibilities
and Duties
• Design and implement strategic HR solutions to support business strategies and objectives for Hub Americas and Hub MEENA
• Coach and support managers on HR processes/activities/tools (performance management, salary reviews, talent reviews, succession planning, and compensation and benefits) in line with the Group s policies, methodologies, guidelines, and service delivery model
• Define and ensure effective processes to secure and manage talents, including recruitment, development, and retention of competencies/capabilities across the assigned business units/countries
• Provide managers with advisory relating to employee relations, best practices and legal compliance in HR matters
• Manage and support recruitment, following local regulations and Group s policies
• Manage local HR operations including payroll, work visa administration and benefits claims etc
• Implement and communicate HR policies and processes in the assigned business units
• Lead/support in local HR activities & engagement activities
• Any other responsibilities as assigned and support to HRBP activities
Minimum
qualifications
• 8 years of work experience as a HR Business Partner, ideally supporting multiple businesses/stakeholders
• Regional Human Resources Management experiences in multicultural environments with exposure to both strategic and operational HR management is preferred
• Knowledge/exposure to continuous improvement and lean methodologies will be a plus
• Experience leading, mentoring and coaching teams to achieve goals and objectives
• Independent with ability to prioritize, multitask and make decisions
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact, motivate and engage at multiple levels including senior leaders, line managers and industrial workers
• Culturally astute, ability to work effectively in an international multicultural organization
• Continuous improvement mindset to support a problem solving and learning organization
• Effective team player and strong communicator with good English verbal and written skills; other languages are beneficial
• Experience in job evaluation methods and employee communication will be a plus
• Strong professionalism and complete integrity
