Financial
- Maximize productivity through effective time management and multitasking.
- Assist in resource management to meet the park's financial goals.
- Adopt new technology and methods to improve water quality processes and productivity.
Operational
- Perform routine testing and monitoring of water quality in pools, attractions, and water features.
- Be adaptable to different roles within the engineering department.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in testing areas and store rooms.
- Ensure testing equipment is functional and report issues promptly.
- Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure water safety and quality.
- Respond quickly to water quality issues and emergencies to minimize downtime.
- Keep accurate records of tests and maintenance activities.
Personnel
- Collaborate with engineering staff for efficient maintenance operations.
- Participate in training to enhance water quality skills and knowledge.
- Maintain professional appearance and grooming standards.
Other Duties
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and health policies.
- Report punctually in proper uniform with a nametag.
- Maintain high personal hygiene standards.
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions.
- Support the park's values and culture.
- Undertake additional tasks as directed by management.
Occasional Duties
- Assist with inventory of testing supplies and equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
- Over 2 years of experience in pool water chemistry and filtration systems.
- Knowledge of Dubai Municipality health regulations.
- CPO certification preferred.
- Experience operating automated water testing and treatment systems.
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Basic skills in MS Excel and Word.
