We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Planning Engineer to join our dynamic team in the oil and gas EPC industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning, scheduling, and control, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using industry-standard software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements and update schedules.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or risks, providing solutions to mitigate them.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to management and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of project budgets and cost estimates.
  • Conduct schedule risk analysis and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support the development and implementation of project control procedures and best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in project planning and scheduling within the oil and gas EPC industry.
