Procurement Executive

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Responsibilities
  1. Maintain order and stock master records, ensuring accurate documentation of purchases, pricing, and contracts.
  2. Procure all required pharmaceutical items, follow up on deliveries, and ensure no late deliveries with suppliers.
  3. Conduct demand forecasting and planning.
  4. Negotiate prices and contract terms with vendors to secure the best deals.
  5. Establish and maintain strong supplier relationships.
  6. Ensure data integrity within ERP and EMR systems, aligned with current vendor agreements.
  7. Monitor inventory levels, current prices, and vendor sources.
  8. Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including disruptions, recalls, and quality issues.
  9. Collaborate with warehouse management to resolve inventory and delivery discrepancies.
  10. Stay updated with healthcare industry regulations, especially those related to pharmaceuticals.
  11. Prepare weekly and monthly reports, analyzing data for inventory optimization.
  12. Implement inventory control systems to prevent product expiry.
Job Details
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
