Job description

Job Responsibilities

1. Preparing production plans for processed meat requirements (Domestic & International) and making necessary adjustments as needed on a weekly and monthly basis.
2. Generating raw material and packaging material requirements for procurement.
3. Maintaining master data for new item creation, extensions, and corrections in SAP.
4. Updating arrival schedules of trading items for supply planning meetings and 2nd week sales and operating planning (S&OP).
5. Monitoring PM stock and coordinating daily with the factory manager.
6. Following up with the factory for execution of the production plan.
7. Generating inventory reports for operational excellence weekly meetings.
