Job description

An HR Coordinator & PRO typically support the HR department in various functions, including recruitments, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

1. Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job vacancies on job boards and the company website, screen resumes and applications, and schedule interviews, conduct initial phone screenings & interviews.

2. Onboarding: Prepare onboarding materials and coordinate new hire orientations, ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and filed.

3. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and issues, assist in resolving employee complaints and grievances.

4. Benefits Administration: Assist employees with benefits enrolment and questions, Coordinate open enrolment and other benefits-related events.

5. HR Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, prepare and distribute HR-related documents and communications.

6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, assist in audits and prepare reports as needed.

7. General HR Support: Coordinate HR projects and initiatives, Support HR team in daily operations and administrative tasks, assist with performance management processes.

8. Government Relations: Handle all visa and immigration-related activities, including work permits, residence permits, and visa renewals, ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, coordinate with government authorities regarding employee-related matters.

9. Document Processing: Prepare and process necessary documentation for various government services, including trade licenses, labor permits, and health cards, ensure timely renewal of all company licenses and permits.

10. Employee Support: Assist employees with immigration and visa-related issues, provide guidance on local government procedures and requirements.

11. Liaison: Serve as the point of contact between the company and government agencies, maintain strong relationships with government officials to facilitate smooth processing of documents.

12. Compliance and Reporting: Keep up-to-date with changes in government regulations and inform management accordingly, prepare and submit necessary reports to government authorities.

Essential Functions:

3. Ensure all the company’s documents, practices, employees are legal. And up to date.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in HR roles and/or PRO roles
  • Certifications: Attested diploma of above mentioned from MOFA.
  • UAE driving license is Mandatory and have a car is plus

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, in-depth knowledge of local labour laws and immigration procedures,
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to government offices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English

Work Environment: this is an indoor office work, need sometimes to travel to attend or prepare trainings, events, wellbeing programs for the employees and to deal with government officials.
