Procurement Engineer for High-Rise Residential Projects

At IRTH Group, we build more than structures; we create legacies. As we continue to deliver landmark high-rise residential projects, we are seeking a Procurement Engineer to source, evaluate, and secure high-quality materials and services aligned with our standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Participate in the procurement process by preparing necessary documents, including scope of work, technical specifications, and commercial terms for high-rise building projects.
2. Analyze and evaluate quotations from vendors/suppliers, ensuring compliance with tender requirements and identifying potential risks.
3. Prepare detailed comparison and evaluation reports of quotations and present findings to stakeholders.
4. Prepare and issue procurement documents, including scope of work, technical specifications, and commercial terms.
5. Conduct market research to identify qualified suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.
6. Evaluate technical and commercial quotations to ensure they meet tender requirements.
7. Assess procurement risks and recommend mitigation solutions.
8. Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of UAE experience in procurement within high-rise building projects (Mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of local and international supplier markets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple procurement packages under tight deadlines.
