Are you working for one of the big Real Estate Agencies but starting to feel like just a number

Got a track record of training fresh brokers and running high-performing sales teams

A luxury real estate brokerage focusing on the high-end property market, the company prides itself on its diverse and positive culture. Currently comprising 8-10 team members, the company plans to expand to 20-25 this year.

Role Overview:

They are looking for a seasoned Head of Sales to lead its growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both secondary and off-plan sales within the Dubai real estate market. Strong leadership and training capabilities are essential, as is familiarity with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and implement training programs for new and existing agents.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and enhance brand awareness.
  • Report directly to the company's owner and work closely with the HR & Recruitment Head.

Candidate Profile:

  • 6-8 years in the Dubai real estate market.
  • Proven success in both secondary and off-plan sales.
  • Experience managing teams of 15-20 agents.
  • Proficient in CRM systems; HubSpot experience is a plus.
