SharePoint Developer - Dubai - 6 Month contract

Please note, this is only available to Immediate Joiners that are based in the UAE.

Duration: 6 months

Location: Dubai

Monthly Salary: AED 12,000 + VISA + Healthcare

Our client, a Microsoft Partner, seeking a skilled SharePoint Developer with strong on-premise experience to join their team for a 6-month initial contract. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining customized SharePoint on-premise solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to support business processes and ensure platform performance, security, and usability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain custom SharePoint on-premise solutions (2013/2016/2019).
• Create workflows, web parts, event receivers, timer jobs, and custom pages using SharePoint Designer and Visual Studio.
• Migrate and support existing content and applications from older SharePoint environments.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Implement security protocols, permissions, and governance policies in SharePoint environments.
• Provide support for day-to-day SharePoint issues and troubleshoot user-reported problems.
• Integrate SharePoint with other systems and data sources using APIs, REST services, and PowerShell scripting.
• Document technical designs, processes, and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience with SharePoint On-Premise (2013/2016/2019).
• Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience in developing SharePoint custom solutions using Visual Studio and SharePoint Designer.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, site collections, lists/libraries, and permission models.
• Experience with SharePoint workflows (Nintex, Power Automate, or SharePoint Designer).
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for SharePoint automation and management.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in SharePoint migration tools (ShareGate, Metalogix, etc.).
• Exposure to SharePoint Online / Office 365 environments is a plus.
• Microsoft SharePoint certifications are an added advantage.
