Qualifications
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in public relations, marketing, or a related field.
- For a Bachelor’s degree holder: 13 years of experience, including 6 years in supervisory roles.
- For a Master’s degree holder: 11 years of experience, including 4 years in supervisory roles.
- For a PhD holder: 8 years of experience.
Specialized-General Responsibilities
- Prepare and evaluate cooperation agreements with local and foreign agencies; monitor their implementation to maximize outcomes.
- Manage communication with external communities, agencies, and companies to promote ECSSR’s developments, activities, and events.
- Manage media relations to cover ECSSR’s news, including interviews and visual reports, in coordination with the Media Department, and build relationships with media outlets.
- Supervise the social media plan aligned with the Conference and Communication Department’s agenda, and develop an annual marketing plan for all events.
- Promote ECSSR’s activities and publications, inform the public about services like the UAE Federation Library, and actively promote these on social media within the allocated budget.
- Plan, organize, and market various activities and events such as conferences, seminars, and lectures.
- Develop plans to strengthen cooperation with domestic and international academic institutions and think tanks through joint events.
- Supervise website content across ECSSR’s social media platforms.
