Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, developing relationships with potential clients, and ensuring the successful closing of deals. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to meet company objectives and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and generate new sales opportunities through cold calls, emails, and networking.
  2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  3. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently.
  4. Present and demonstrate the company's products and services to potential clients.
  5. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  6. Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring both company and client satisfaction.
  7. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits of our offerings.
  8. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
  9. Track sales progress, forecast potential leads, and update the CRM system regularly.
  10. Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  1. Experience: Freshers who have been in the United Arab Emirates for more than 10 years.
  2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  3. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
  5. Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  8. A valid driver's license is required.
