Job description

Our client, responsible for destination management of various leisure, entertainment, and cultural landmarks in Abu Dhabi, seeks to engage a Project Coordinator to oversee the delivery of creative content and digital projects.

This role requires exceptional stakeholder management, coordination, and skills to ensure the seamless implementation of initiatives that enhance Yas Island's brand presence and engagement.

The Project Coordinator will manage timelines, budgets, and resources by working closely with internal teams, external agencies, and key stakeholders.

2. Scope of Services
2.1 Project Management & Delivery
  • Oversee the end-to-end creative content and digital projects for Yas Island, ensuring all deliverables are on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestones, proactively identifying risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, creative quality standards, and digital best practices across all projects.
2.2 Stakeholder & Agency Coordination
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal teams (marketing, guest experience, digital operations) and external agencies, vendors, and content creators.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations by providing clear communication, reporting, and updates throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate creative approvals, feedback loops, and revisions to ensure timely sign-off.
2.3 Content & Digital Projects
  • Coordinate the production of written, visual, and multimedia content, ensuring alignment with Yas Island's brand and storytelling objectives.
  • Work closely with digital teams to seek approvals, manage website updates, social media content, video production, and immersive experiences.
2.4 Budget & Resource Management
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and financial tracking.
  • Negotiate with vendors and agencies to ensure optimal pricing and service quality.
  • Monitor resource allocation, workloads, and timelines to optimize project delivery.
2.5 Reporting & Performance Tracking
  • Prepare regular progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Track KPIs and project impact metrics to ensure continuous improvement in creative and digital initiatives.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to assess success, challenges, and lessons learned.
3. Deliverables

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for delivering:

  1. Comprehensive project plans with clear timelines, responsibilities, and risk assessments.
  2. Weekly project status reports detailing progress, challenges, and next steps.
  3. Coordination of creative content and digital assets from concept to final delivery.
  4. Stakeholder and agency management to ensure seamless collaboration.
  5. Budget and financial tracking reports to ensure cost control and efficiency.
  6. Final project performance analysis summarizing impact and recommendations.
4. Qualifications & Skills Required
  1. At least 5 years of experience in project management within creative digital marketing or content-focused industries.
  2. Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Expertise in digital content, creative production, and brand storytelling.
  4. Strong budget management, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  5. Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or equivalent.
  6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
5. Contract Terms
  1. Days per week: 5
  2. Working hours: 8 hours per day
  3. Contract period: 6 months
6. Location & Travel Requirements
  • The contractor must be available onsite at the Ferrari World Abu Dhabi office.
  • They should have reliable transportation for travel to other offices on Yas Island with occasional travel to Abu Dhabi.
