Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Draftsman with a strong background in infrastructure utility networks to support an ongoing project in Reem Island, Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must be well-versed with Abu Dhabi Municipality standards, NOC submission requirements, and preferably have worked on MCC or Falcon Eye networks. This role involves preparing detailed drawings using AutoCAD and coordinating with the engineering team to ensure timely and compliant submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed 2D infrastructure drawings including layouts for underground utility networks such as sewerage, stormwater, and cabling systems.
• Ensure all drawings comply with Abu Dhabi Municipality regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with engineers for submission of design drawings to various authorities, including the Town Planning Department and NOC portals.
• Revise drawings based on feedback from consultants, authorities, or site teams.
• Maintain drawing records and version control throughout the project.
• Collaborate closely with the site supervision and engineering teams for field verification.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience:

• Minimum 35 years of drafting experience in infrastructure (not building construction).
• Strong understanding of utility networks, especially in Abu Dhabi.
• Experience with MCC, Falcon Eye, and municipality-submission protocols is highly preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Familiarity with documentation workflows and digital submission platforms (e.g., NOC portals).

Education:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or Drafting (Bachelor's degree not mandatory).

Other Requirements:

• Abu Dhabi-specific project experience is required.
