  • Acquire and onboard new corporate clients for TruDoc’s healthcare and wellness offerings.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction, renewals, and upselling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with insurance brokers and ecosystem partners to generate high-quality leads.
  • Develop tailored proposals and presentations that align with client needs and business objectives.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of TruDoc’s services, competitive positioning, and market trends.
  • Monitor client account performance and satisfaction, addressing issues proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards in the sales process.
  • Track, analyze, and report on KPIs and pipeline metrics regularly.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 4–8 years in business development, sales, or account management within the health insurance industry or an insurance broker in the UAE
  • Deep understanding of UAE health insurance products, regulations, and market dynamics
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage multiple client accounts effectively
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM experience is a plus
