Job summary

A leading company in the UAE is seeking a Client Relations Officer to build and maintain customer relationships. The role involves selling products and services, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Candidates should have at least 2 years of UAE experience and a Bachelor's Degree, along with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Client Relations Officer or Relationship Officer.
  • Experience in banking, business consulting, or business setup is an advantage.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Job description

- Experience in corporate sales is a must.

- Fluency in English is required.

- Minimum of 2 years of UAE experience is essential.

You will be primarily responsible for creating and nurturing long-term relationships with customers. Your role involves selling or upselling our products and services to both B2B and B2C clients. You will also resolve any issues that arise to ensure customer satisfaction. Your goal is to help safeguard our revenue and retain our customers.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Building relationships with key employees among customers.
  • Selling and cross-selling available products and services.
  • Following up on business leads.
  • Creating plans to address clients' needs.
  • Advising clients on available products and services.
  • Maintaining full awareness of all products and staying updated on changes and amendments.
  • Scheduling regular meetings with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Following up for client feedback.
  • Acting as the point of contact for complaints and escalating issues as appropriate.
  • Assisting the sales team in up-selling and cross-selling services and products.
  • Ensuring compliance with contract terms by both the company and clients.
  • Studying competitors to find new ways to retain customers.
  • Setting sales and revenue targets and working diligently to meet them.

What we expect from you:

  • Proven experience as a Client Relations Officer or Relationship Officer.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Experience in banking, business consulting, or business setup is an advantage.
  • A customer-oriented attitude.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
  • Problem-solving aptitude.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
