Our client is a leading provider of workplace solutions, with offices in Europe, America, Oceania, and Asia. They offer premium services and are currently expanding their Dubai team, seeking an Assistant Business Development Manager to join them.

Description
  1. Develop sales for the commercial real estate, office, and serviced office markets.
  2. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting, pre-vetting leads, site inspections, to signing new business.
  3. Engage with prospective and existing clients.
  4. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  5. Engage with key introducers, brokers, and licensing authorities.
  6. Create and implement pre-opening marketing plans with your peers and leadership team.
  7. Actively participate in networking events and functions.

Minimum Requirements

  3. Good written and spoken communication skills to engage with prospective and existing clients.
