Job description

On behalf of our client, a leading provider of hospitality services in the aviation sector, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced VIP Lounge Supervisor to oversee operations at a prestigious airport lounge catering to high-profile travelers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all day-to-day lounge operations, ensuring exceptional cleanliness, food and beverage presentation, and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate front-line staff to deliver outstanding service aligned with VIP expectations and operational standards.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders including airline partners, kitchen teams, and facility staff to ensure smooth, seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, lounge amenities, and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
  • Handle guest feedback with professionalism, resolving issues quickly while maintaining discretion and hospitality.
  • Prepare regular operational reports, analyze service data, and recommend improvements.
  • Manage team scheduling, performance, and training as needed.
  • Support the execution of sales and service initiatives to achieve lounge performance goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 6–10 years in premium hospitality, catering, or aviation-related environments, with proven leadership experience.
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with digital systems for guest management, reporting, and inventory control
  • Fluent in Arabic and English. Knowledge of additional international languages is a plus.
