DESCRIPTION

Amazon MENA Operations team is seeking a Program Manager with a proven track record in delivery and project management to oversee strategic, cross-functional projects and programs. The role involves scoping, creating project plans, developing processes, coordinating and driving execution, and communicating with senior management regarding status, risks, and changes. Strong skills in cross-team coordination, project management, and executive presentation are essential.

The key responsibilities include:

1. Managing new and existing programs, successfully delivering complex projects across multiple organizations.
2. Collaborating directly with internal stakeholders, customers, and partner teams to craft and deliver scalable solutions.
3. Partnering with other program managers to secure resources, define scope, set priorities and milestones, and drive delivery.
4. Owning program communication to accelerate progress through clear and timely decisions, removing blockers, and escalating issues as needed.
5. Influencing the design and development of strategic processes.
6. Working with program managers and business leaders to communicate and execute critical initiatives.
7. Developing, implementing, and governing KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs to provide visibility and inform business decisions.
8. Engaging with other Amazon business units globally to share best practices and enhance outcomes for Amazon customers.
9. Managing post-launch support plans and seeking opportunities to improve program quality and operational excellence.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• 3+ years of experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• 3+ years of experience defining and implementing process improvements using data and metrics
• Bachelor's degree
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
• Experience in defining program requirements and utilizing data to drive improvements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of delivering end-to-end projects and communicating results to senior leadership
• 3+ years of experience in process improvement initiatives
• Stakeholder management experience across various organizational levels
• Experience in building processes, project management, and scheduling
