ABOUT THE ROLE:

Plusgrade is searching for an ambitious, results-oriented, and target-driven Partner Success Manager to manage a portfolio of hospitality partners in the Middle East and Asia. This role is a key market-facing position for Plusgrade, responsible for growth within our current hospitality customer partner portfolio. The ideal candidate has a background in the hospitality/travel industry or a similar account management role with a proven track record. Experience demonstrating success in enhancing business relationships and operating with an innovative mindset to exceed performance goals is essential. A hunter and growth mentality, along with strong relationship-building skills within the hospitality community throughout the region, are key.

  2. Partner Advocate - develop a deep understanding of the airline industry, customer business, and priorities, leveraging insights to drive new opportunities
  3. Insight Driven and Solution-Oriented - use analytical skills to develop insights that lead to program enhancements and new solutions

  5. Trusted Advisor - understand customer interests and business priorities, supporting their success
  6. Effective Communicator - articulate current and future business performance and priorities
  7. Product Ambassador - understand Plusgrade solutions to meet customer goals and develop joint plans
  8. Influencer - drive business priorities through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building
  9. Primary Contact - deliver performance insights, training, and operational oversight
  10. Leverage a strategic account management approach to drive results
  11. Achieve account growth targets to exceed revenue goals
  12. Perform revenue analysis and understand performance drivers
YOU ARE SOMEONE WITH:
  1. BA/BS degree or higher
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in product, client success, or revenue management roles
  3. Experience in the global hospitality/travel industry preferred
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially with data and insights
  5. Ability to push partners to targets while maintaining positive relationships
  6. Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills
  7. Strong organizational skills and prioritization
  8. Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
  9. Travel industry experience
  10. Technologically savvy with quick understanding of solutions and roadmaps
  11. Experience in strategic account development
  12. Ability to travel up to 10%
