Job description

We are working with one of the clients in Dubai for an interesting role.

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Research Analyst to join our client's Customer Experience and Insights team. This role is responsible for designing, executing, analyzing, and reporting on customer satisfaction and experience surveys across multiple customer segments and touchpoints. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in both quantitative and qualitative research, strong data analytics capabilities, and a passion for transforming insights into actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Experience & Survey Support

  • Manage end-to-end deployment of customer satisfaction and experience surveys across various touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to extract, clean, and reconcile customer lists and integrate them into survey platforms.
  • Design and program surveys using platforms like Qualtrics or Alchemer, including logic, embedded data, and structured survey flows.
  • Support the escalation and resolution process for customer complaints or feedback received through survey channels.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholder engagement to align on survey goals, timelines, and insights delivery.

Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Clean, process, and analyze large sets of quantitative and qualitative survey data.
  • Interpret and visualize data findings using Excel, PowerPoint, and dashboarding tools.
  • Support with the creation of well-structured, insight-driven research reports tailored to business audiences.
  • Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Apply AI tools or automation techniques to streamline qualitative data analysis where possible.

Fieldwork Coordination & Execution

  • Organize and oversee face-to-face survey fieldwork activities, ensuring quality control and target adherence.
  • Train and supervise temporary field staff; monitor progress and troubleshoot issues on-site.
  • Administer and track online and telephone surveys, including sample management and response rate optimization.

Research Administration & Event Data Support

  • Maintain up-to-date research documentation, databases, and project archives.
  • Conduct secondary research and desk reviews to support event reporting and performance benchmarking.
  • Assist in preparing inputs for business unit performance assessments and strategic reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in market research, insights, or customer experience roles within a consultancy, agency, or corporate environment.
  • Hands-on experience in managing quantitative and qualitative research projects.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, statistical tools).
  • Experience with survey platforms (Qualtrics preferred).
  • Strong skills in data storytelling and presenting findings in a business-friendly format (PowerPoint, dashboards).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data workflows is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and project management skills.
