Job description

Dubai Sotheby's International Realty is currently recruiting a very limited number of experienced real estate agents to work on exclusive real estate developments in Abu Dhabi. These individuals must be self-motivated, entrepreneurial, ambitious, highly presentable, and most importantly experienced with assisting UHNW individuals. Experience working with Abu Dhabi real estate developers is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:
  1. Achieve above industry sales targets and KPIs set by the Head of Department.
  2. Leverage a vast network within the Abu Dhabi real estate market, including real estate agencies and agents.
  3. Experience dealing with UHNW individuals in various fields, ideally with a focus on real estate investments.
  4. Establish and maintain productive relationships with real estate agencies and agents to promote the company's exclusive projects.
  5. Present and promote the company's real estate projects to agencies, agents, and prospective clients.
  6. Focus on selling the company's exclusive developments and meet minimum sales targets.
  7. Present projects to clients at sales centers or other locations, advising on market conditions, prices, competitive analysis, USPs, and legal requirements.
  8. Maintain a highly presentable appearance at all times for client-facing interactions.
  9. Represent the company and its clients professionally at all times.
  10. Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  11. Manage sales transactions, including processing paperwork and payments according to company policies.
  12. Follow company guidelines and utilize CRM, HR software, and other tools effectively.
  13. Be independently established in terms of residence, driver’s license, and residency visa requirements.
