Generate leads and establish new customers. Manage customer accounts effectively.

Job Purpose
  • Drive sales growth.
  • Generate leads and convert them into new customers.
  • Manage sales collections.
  • Maintain and grow customer relationships.
KPIs
  • Achieve Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Sales Targets.
  • Progress leads from qualification to opportunity, and then to conversion and order closure.
  • Maintain customer accounts and ensure retention.
  • Meet sales collection goals.
  • Introduce new products and solutions to meet client needs.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate leads for products and solutions.
  • Gather initial requirements and coordinate with Pre-Sales and Technical teams for solution positioning.
  • Respond to RFPs and tenders; prepare techno-commercial proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts, close sales, and ensure collections. Develop a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Manage existing customer accounts.
  • Prepare and present reports for management.
Competencies
  • Strong market contacts with the ability to qualify leads and convert them into opportunities efficiently.
  • Excellent presentation, justification, and convincing skills with a good rate of order closure.
  • Quick learner with adaptability and ability to position solutions effectively.
