As a Growth Content Writer within our GTM & Growth Marketing team, you will play an integral role in crafting persuasive, data-driven content that fuels user growth across the entire customer journey.
Reporting to our Growth Strategist, you ll use creative, behaviorally-informed copy to influence user action from initial awareness and acquisition to engagement, conversion, and retention.
Some high-impact responsibilities you will be entrusted with:
- Craft compelling copy across channels: Write persuasive, behaviorally-informed copy for email campaigns, website pages/landing pages, and in-app/product marketing messages that motivate user action at every stage of the funnel (from awareness to retention).
- Bilingual content creation:Produce and edit content in both English and Arabic, ensuring a consistent Bayzat voice in each. This includes creating original Arabic content (not just translating English copy) that resonates with our Arabic-speaking audience.
- Collaborate on growth campaigns: Work closely with the Growth Strategist and the broader Growth Marketing team to align content with campaign objectives. You ll also partner with cross-functional teams Product Marketing, Sales, Design, etc. to gather input and deliver content supporting product launches, sales enablement, and customer education.
- Data-driven optimization:Embrace a growth-oriented approach to writing. Develop hypotheses for your content, conduct A/B tests or experiments on subject lines, ad copy, landing page text, etc., and use engagement metrics to iterate and improve conversion rates and other key metrics.
- Leverage AI and innovation:Utilize AI tools and emerging content platforms to brainstorm ideas, generate drafts, and optimize copy. You ll stay at the cutting edge of content tech, using these tools to increase efficiency and performance without sacrificing creativity.
- Know our audience: Continuously research and understand Bayzat s B2B audience across various industries. Dig into their pain points, motivations, and behavioral triggers to inform your writing and ensure our messaging is relevant and compelling to an industry-agnostic client base.
- Drive continuous improvement: Balance creative storytelling with analytical thinking. Solicit feedback from stakeholders, and monitor content performance to find opportunities for improvement. Every piece of content you produce should be an opportunity to learn and to elevate the next one.
What you will need to have:- Experience:2 3 years of experience in content writing or copywriting, preferably in a B2B SaaS, digital marketing, or growth marketing environment.
- Bilingual proficiency:Native-level fluency in English and Arabic, with exceptional writing and editing skills in both languages. (You should be able to craft original content in Arabic, not only translate from English.)
- Copywriting skills:A talent for persuasive, concise, and clear writing. You know how to tailor your tone and style to different channels and audiences, and you have a portfolio of impactful copy to prove it.
- Data-driven mindset:Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Comfortable interpreting content performance data (open rates, click-through rates, conversion metrics, etc.) and using insights to optimize your writing.
- Tech-savvy:Familiarity with digital marketing tools and software. Experience with A/B testing and using AI-powered writing or marketing tools is a big plus.
- Creativity & growth mindset:A proactive, creative thinker who isn t afraid to experiment. You have a hunger to learn new techniques, embrace feedback, and continuously improve your craft.
- Behavioral Economics:Understanding of behavioral economics and its application in marketing psychology is a strong advantage.
