The Opportunity

A leadership role responsible for driving revenue and forecasts across regions by implementing and executing commercial strategies using company processes and tools.

The Regional Director of Sales will:
  1. Lead, coach, develop, recruit, and retain the commercial team, managing performance against KPIs.
  2. Achieve budgeted revenues across all streams, controlling costs and exploring marketing/eCommerce opportunities.
  3. Collaborate with senior teams to maximize profits aligning with GOP and EBITDA targets.
  4. Optimize sales and catering pricing through Business Review Guidelines and Pricing Strategies.
  5. Support regional marketing, sales, and PR activities, liaising with hotel teams for performance.
  6. Assist Revenue Manager in market mix, forecast validation, and pricing strategies.
  7. Build relationships with stakeholders, owners, and hotel teams to maximize benefits.
  8. Coordinate with VP of Revenue and Global Sales Operations to present strategies to stakeholders.
Who we look for:

A proactive self-starter with:

  • At least 5+ years in hospitality/travel in revenue-generating or commercial roles, including 3+ years managing sales teams.
  • Knowledge in Marketing, E-commerce, and Finance.
  • Leadership style that inspires through action and communication.
  • Experience in branded environments.
  • Outgoing personality with drive for success.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
