Key Responsibilities

Leads and empowers the security team, championing the enforcement of FIVE’s meticulous security policies and procedures in line with local regulations.

Provides hands-on supervisory guidance and support to the security department, fostering a bold, proactive approach to safety and service excellence.

Oversees day-to-day security department operations, ensuring FIVE’s rules and regulations are consistently upheld.

Takes ownership of additional duties as directed by the security manager and executive management team, demonstrating fearless adaptability and commitment to FIVE’s dynamic environment.

Collaborates with the security manager to implement visionary standard operating procedures that reflect FIVE’s commitment to safety and guest satisfaction.

Supports the training of FIVE tribe members in firefighting and evacuation procedures, aligned with Dubai Civil Defence standards.

Maintains responsibility for life safety policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Dubai Civil Defence directives.

Investigates and reviews all incidents, promptly managing loss and accident reports and implementing preventative solutions.

Resolves guest-related conflicts with confidence and professionalism, promptly escalating complex incidents to the security manager.

Maintains a vigilant presence across the property, identifying suspicious activities and responding proactively to safeguard guests, visitors, and team members.

Creates and maintains a safe, secure, and vibrant environment, consistently elevating the ‘Vibe at FIVE.’

Oversees seamless radio communication across the security department and management, ensuring accurate logging and premium equipment care.

Manages the daily administration of FIVE’s key control program, ensuring flawless operational security.

Supervises the administration of lost and found, conducting daily audits and managing gate pass control procedures with precision.
