DESCRIPTION

Do you want to be part of a newly formed organization that is launching new business models across MENA? If so, Amazon Ultra Fast Grocery (UFG) operations is looking for eager minds and candidates with a strong record of achieving results. You will contribute to understanding customer patterns, creating metrics that help understand our operations, and providing teams with knowledge and tools to improve customer experience.

Key job responsibilities

1. Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc., to drive key business decisions. Ensure data accuracy by validating data for new resources.
2. Work closely with stakeholders (internal/external) to understand and automate/enhance existing processes.
3. Come up with innovative ideas for new work or to improve existing work.
4. Be open to learning and developing skillsets in the latest technologies and analytical techniques.
5. Understand how data/analytical frameworks translate to business operations on the ground.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Exposure to Excel and SQL.
• Deadline-driven, team player with a strong customer focus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to self-motivate and follow through on issues.
• Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with cross-functional interactions.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau and QuickSight.
• Experience in ETL jobs.
• Experience using Power Pivot and writing macros in Excel.
