We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Campaign coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our clients influencer marketing campaigns, maintaining strong relationships with influencers, effectively using our in-house tools, and delivering comprehensive performance reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and oversee influencer marketing campaigns from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and develop strategies to meet them.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Work closely with the creative team to ensure the vision is aligned with client goals and brand identity.
  • Brainstorm and pitch creative ideas to clients and influencers.

Influencer Relationship Management:

  • Identify, recruit, and maintain relationships with influencers across various social media platforms.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with influencers.
  • Ensure influencers align with the clients brand values and campaign objectives.

Tool Utilization:

  • Utilize our in-house tools to manage campaign workflows, track performance, and optimize results.
  • Stay updated on new features and functionalities of the tools to leverage them effectively.

Reporting:

  • Generate detailed performance reports for clients, highlighting key metrics and insights.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on campaign data to improve future campaigns.
  • Present findings to clients in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and software.
  • Analytical mindset with a knack for data interpretation and insights generation.
