Job description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Sharjah office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting Audit, Tax, and Consultancy services across the Northern Emirates region.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market.
  2. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales and service growth.
  3. Promote and sell Audit, Tax, and Consultancy services to potential clients.
  4. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance market presence.
  5. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and client needs.
  6. Work closely with internal teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
  7. Negotiate and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing (MBA in Marketing is an added advantage).

Experience: 2-3 years of experience in an Audit & Consultancy firm in the UAE.

Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of Audit, Tax & Consultancy services in the UAE.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with clients.
  • Experience in Dubai and Northern Emirates markets preferred.
