Job description

We are looking for an experienced HR Director with a strong background in the nuclear or energy sector to lead and optimize our client’s human resources strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR leadership, talent acquisition, workforce planning, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

  • HR Strategy & Leadership : Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals, ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
  • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning : Oversee recruitment, retention, and succession planning to support business growth.
  • Employee Relations & Compliance : Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws and nuclear industry regulations.
  • Performance Management & Development : Implement robust training and career development programs tailored for the energy sector.
  • Organizational Culture & Engagement : Foster a high-performance culture and employee engagement initiatives.
  • HR Operations & Compensation : Manage payroll, benefits, and reward systems competitively within the energy market.

Key Requirements :

  • 10+ years in HR leadership, with at least 5 years in the nuclear or broader energy sector.
  • Preference for candidates already based in Dubai, but open to international candidates with relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Regulatory Knowledge : Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and industry-specific compliance standards.
  • Strategic leadership, strong communication, problem-solving, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience working with regulatory bodies in nuclear energy.
  • Prior exposure to Middle East energy sector HR practices.
